Our Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao garu successfully finished “Ayutha Chandi Maha Yagam” which is held for five days in Medak district from December 23 to 27. K Chandrashekar Rao conducts this ‘yagam’ which would be performed for peace and prosperity of the people. KCR said that he had been conducting the ‘Yagam’ for the past 25 years. And also he revealed that he promised to conduct “Ayutha Chandi Yagam” in 2011 for the sake of a separate state Telangana.
According to KCR “He will plan to conduct ‘Prayutha Chandi Yagam’, if all project of Bangaru Telangana will be completed”. Here the chanting of 700 shlokas praising the Goddess Chandi 10,000 times is called “Ayutha”. And Chanting the 700 shlokas for 1 million times is called “Prayutha”,” informed KCR about two Chandi Yagams.
Telling about ritwiks, priests and devotees who attended the “Ayutha Chandi Maha Yagam” at his farmhouse, the CM KCR said he would soon visit to take the blessings of ‘Maha Swamy Bharathi Teertha’ which is located ‘Sringeri Peetham’ in Karnataka and inform him about the successful completion of the “Ayutha Chandi Maha Yagam”.
Finally KCR’s family slept in Yaga place yesterday night and they will be visiting Vemulawada Sri Raja Rajeshwar Swamy Temple as a part of a ritual.
