JEE Mains Paper 2016 Errors in Written ExamJEE Mains Paper 2016 Errors: There were some errors in the mains paper of JEE which was held on 03rd April 2016. The pen and paper based exam conducted for two papers namely Paper-I and Paper-II. Many students have attended the exam and it was successfully completed last day. The students with good marks in the exam will seek admissions into Bachelor degree in Engineering at NITs, IIITs and other Central govt. based educational institutions as well as state government funded institutions. JEE Mains exam was been conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

JEE Mains Paper 2016 Errors : The JEE Mains Exam 2016 was conducted in nearly 129 cities in India and Abroad. It was held in offline mode and was attended by nearly 12 lakh students for Paper-I and Paper-II. The toughness of paper was not much, it was moderate. Students who have prepared well hoping the paper would come tougher will be able to score good marks. There were a few errors in Chemistry. The data provided was inadequate for a few questions. Multiple correct answers were given for two questions pushing the students into confusion what to put the answer for question. Question number 84 in Set F was that. Mathematics was a bit tough with lengthy problems.

JEE 2016 Selection: JEE or the Joint Entrance Examination is held for the admissions into Engineering in NITs, IIITs, Other Centrally or State Funded Technical Institutions. The candidates’ selection includes their performance in the class 12/ equivalent qualifying Examination and in the JEE (Main). The Paper-I (B.E./ B.Tech) of JEE (Main) will also be an eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced), which the candidate has to take if he/she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programs. Top 2 lakh candidates of JEE (Main) will be eligible to appear JEE (Advanced) on 23rd May to fight for one of 10,000 seats in the prestigious IITs/ISM Dhanbad. JEE Mains Previous Year cutoff was 105 for General, 70 for OBC, 50 for SC and 44 for ST in the year 2015. It was 115 for General, 74 for OBC, 53 for SC and 47 for ST in the year 2014.
