JEE Main Results 2016 : Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which has organized the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains exam on 3rd to 10th April 2016 in online and offline for the year 2016 is going to release the JEE Mains Results 2016 in the month of April 2016.
The JEE Main exam is conducted for giving the admission for the students who are willing to join in the Engineering / BE / B. Arch / B. Planning Courses in various NITs / IIITs / CFTIs / SFIs and other institutions of the country. As per the reports, it has come to know that lacks of students from across the country has appeared at various examination centers that are located at various states of the country.
Now all those candidates have been waiting for the JEE Main Results of the Exam. They need to wait until the 27th of April 2016 to check their result in the official website of the conducting board as given below. The procedure for checking the result is also give below. So, candidates are advised to check the procedure and then using that they can check the JEE Main Results 2016 and know whether they are qualified in the exam or not. About JEE Main 2016:
The board is used to conduct the Mains Exam every year for all the eligible applicants. The board that has come in to existence on 1952 also conducts various other exams such at central level such as 10th and 12th exams. Previously the board has conducted the AIEEE exam for giving the students admission in to the various under graduation courses in architecture and Engineering in eligible institutions of India. However, in the year 2013 AIEEE has been combined up with IIT-JEE and now it is known as JEE commonly.
So, currently the board is organizing the JEE Exam for giving the admission in to various branches of Engineering or else other UG courses in top institutions such as NIT, IIT, IIIT etc. It too conducts AIPMT (All India Pre Medical Test), National Eligibility Test, and other exams. Admission criteria to Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, Other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, Institutions funded by participating State Governments, and other Institutions shall include the performance in the class 12/equivalent qualifying Examination and in the Joint Entrance Examination, exam (Main).
The Paper-1 (B. E./ B. Tech.) of exam (Main) will also be an eligibility test for the exam (Advanced), which the candidate has to take if he/she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programs offered by the IITs. The States of Gujarat, Nagaland, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Odisha have joined JEE (Main) system. Therefore, the candidates seeking admission to the institutions in these states, which were earlier admitting based on their State Level Examination.

JEE Main Rank Crad: Examination will be comprised in two papers. The candidates seeking for the B. Tech/ B.E must avail the paper 1 or the candidates seeking for the B. Arch/ B. Planning must avail the paper 2. For architecture candidates must have a valid score card of NATA 2016. Candidates can apply for the both papers. The paper 1 will be asked in objective type questions in equally from the subjects as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
JEE Main Results 2016 : The paper 2 will be asked in three parts. The part one will comprise in objective type questions in Mathematics subjects, part 2 will comprise in objective type questions on aptitude skills and part three will comprise in drawing test.Paper one will be held through both; computer based and pen & paper base exam while paper two will be held through pen & paper based exam mode only. Both papers will be stretched in the duration of 3 hours each. The total question will be asked in paper 1 are 90 and each correct answer will carry the 4 marks while each incorrect answer will be punished with 1 mark.
CBSE JEE Main Rank Card 2016 : The board has been announced the period of correction in the particulars of the application form during 21st to 31st January 2016. If any candidate has committed the mistake in the application form like wrong personal details, educational details, Left thumb impression for boys and girls (right hand thumb in case the candidate do not have left hand thumb or any finger if both thumbs are not there) or any other (scanned photograph) can make it correct carefully by visiting the official website (www.jeemain.nic.in) of the JEE main. Remember that it is the last chance, so you need to be very careful about that.
JEE Main Merit List: The candidates are advised to read the following eligibility criteria before applying the exam. The general and OBC candidates must born on or after 1st October 1991 and the SC/ST/PWD candidates must born on or after 1st October 1986. The candidates must be passed or appearing the 12th or its equivalent examination from a recognized board with PCM group with minimum 50%.The Candidates passed the 12th or its equivalent exam before 2014 will not be eligible for exam.
CBSE JEE Counseling Procedure:
After the CBSE JEE Result announcement, Counseling will commence from the 1st of July, 2016. It will be organized by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) and CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board). The counseling will be organized through online process. From registration process to locking choices all process will done online. Candidate will participate in the counseling process from the official website of JoSAA and CSAB. Counseling has been divided into four rounds, first three rounds will be organized by the cell and fourth round which is a special counseling round will be conducted by CSAB.
