China Introducing Asia’s largest underground railway station

China made another history in world, they build Asia’s largest underground railway station will open on Wednesday in the China’s Shenzhen city.  It provides high-speed trains to consume the travel time between Hong Kong and Guangzhou to half an hour.

In China the Futian High-speed Railway Station covers the size of about 21 football fields and the measurements of a total area of 147,000 sq. meters. It contains three underground floors are installed with more than 1,200 seats, allowing 3,000 passengers to wait.

By the opening of the new railway station, travel time between Hong Kong and Guangzhou will be consumed to half an hour and residents in Shenzhen only need 15 minutes to go to Hong Kong.

According to the operation table of china railways there will be 11 pairs of high-speed trains running in and out of the station from Wednesday to January 9. And from January 10th onwards 12 more pairs will be added to the Schedule.
